OUR PASSPORTS ARE HERE!!!!!!!!

We are booked on our cruise and the planning commences. What to pack for 7 days in Alaska? Snow shoes? Parkas? Well we will just have to settle for warm coats and long skirts. Can't wait. Thursday is my last day at the plan center and boy am I glad.

We spent a wonderful week end at the Oregon Dunes last week. It was sunny and warm and just plain beautiful. Jerry got to take our Pastor and his daughters out in the buggy and they had a blast. We had a blast too. Matt and Ginger Fouts were there and it was just a nice week end.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day. It would have been better if my kids where here but it was still great. Cassie and Gary sent me the flowers pictured above. Jessica sent me a new picture of Kyndra every month for a year and a magnetic holder for them.

I have been working 2 jobs for the last few weeks. I work at the day care and then also at the contractors plan center. I will be glad when Bonnie gets back and I only work at the day care.

We are planning on taking a cruise to Alaska. Our passports are in process and we hope they will be here in time for the cruise we want.

Tomorrow night someone is coming to look at our house. Hope they want it.

Thats all for now. <3

BEING SICK IS NO FUN!

I have spent the last 2 1/2 days in bed. I feel better now but I felt pretty crumby Monday. Monday I left work after only 1 1/2 hours. I didn't feel good and I didn't have any patence. Tuesday morning I woke up and decided I was to sick to go to work. I looked in the mirror and looked like someone had hit me with a 2x4. My eyes and cheeks were all swollen up and hurt. We had to go get the paper work strated on our passports so I got dressed and on the way I called my doctor and made an appointment. I have a rip roaring sinus infection with an ear infection. By Wednesday night I was feeling better. I hope all goes well at work tomorrow since I had only been there one day before I called in sick.

Well Jerry is offically unemployed. He is happy and kinda sad to be leaving this part of his life behind. Yesterday we went to the mall and he bought me a new outfit. Today we taught Children's church and then we went out to lunch at Skamania Lodge. We stopped at Bonniville Dam on our way home and went through the power plant and went to the fish hatchery. We then stopped at Multnomah Falls on the way home and had dessert. It was a great week end. We had so much fun. I really enjoy spending time with my husband.
